Globus family of brands (GFOB) is kicking off the year with a bang with its latest travel advisor Survivor-themed incentive – Globus All Stars*. Live from this week, travel advisors are invited to compete in a series of weekly challenges to be crowned the ultimate GFOB Survivor – and win an Avalon Waterways River cruise for two!
With a launch video featuring Survivor Australia icon King George this week, GFOB announced that every week for the next 12 weeks (6 January – 31 March), they will release details of challenges through the GFOB trade Facebook group where advisors can compete to win weekly prizes, with everything from cash cards to Apple Air-tags and team lunches up for grabs.
After the 12 rounds, two advisors from each state will be flown to Sydney in April (flights and accommodation included), to compete in the live, final round to win an all expenses paid river cruise.
How it works:
Every Monday GFOB will release the week’s challenge on the trade Facebook group. Participating advisors need to complete the challenge by the time stipulated each week to be in the running. Winners will be posted on the Facebook group and contacted by GFOB directly, with weekly prizes distributed by advisors’ local Business Development Managers.
Competing requirements:
- Eligibility: Open to all Australian and New Zealand travel advisors.
- Challenges: Challenges must be completed by the time stipulated, or advisors will be disqualified, unless stated as a non-elimination round.
- Bookings: For challenges that involve bookings, a deposit of $500 per person (Globus and Cosmos) or $750 per person (Avalon) will be required at time of booking or within the stipulated challenge period (whichever comes first).
- Exclusions: Participation is per individual, not per agency or store, and the promotion is not applicable to group bookings.
Ready to get started? To participate in this week’s challenge, advisors must create a public social media post that shows why they should be crowned the ultimate Survivor, outlining why they trust their clients with the Globus family of brands, making sure to hashtag #GlobusAllStars. Get in quick as the challenge MUST be completed by Sunday, 12 January to be eligible to progress to the next round.
