The Whitsundays hosted the first of their East Coast Roadshows in Sydney yesterday with 12 suppliers available to chat with agents in a super relaxed setting at the Intercontinental Hotel in Sydney.
Canapes and drinks were served and one lucky agent won The Ultimate Whitsundays Holiday.
The roadshow is now moving to Melbourne (18 Feb 5pm – 7pm at Blossom Rooftop, Pullman City) followed by Brisbane on Wednesday (19 Feb 5-7pm Bougainvillea House, Howard Smith Wharves)
Meanwhile across the city Visit USA ramped up the energy with their expo, featuring over 60 US exhibitors showcasing iconic destinations, hotels, cruises and experiences. Agents were able to network with industry experts and gain exclusive knowledge direct from the providers. Plenty of prizes were on offer as well as many giveaways with the best of the US travel industry under one roof!
The expo moves on to Brisbane today (18 Feb 5.30-8.30pm The Star) and Melbourne on Thursday (20th Feb 5.30-8.30pm Marvel Stadium).
