Virgin Australia Business Flyer now offers Pay with Points, providing a better value option for Australian SMEs who fly for business.
The offer provides members the opportunity to book flights for their business using a minimum of 3,000 Velocity Points.
The introduction of Pay with Points will ensure more savings and value for businesses that are feeling the impact of tough economic conditions.
The feature can also be used for seat upgrades to Economy X or to cover the costs of additional baggage and is only available to members when booking through the Virgin Australia Business Flyer booking portal.
Additional features of the program also include:
- Discounts of up to 6% on eligible domestic airfares with Virgin Australia
- Members can access savings of 2% on eligible flights to regional Australian destinations though when travelling with partner airline Link Airways and up save up to 10% off international flights through premium airline partners United Airlines, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines.
- The ability to earn Points for both the business and individual travellers for each eligible flight flown.
- Businesses can earn Velocity Points through everyday business spending with over 30+ partners
- The ability to transfer a business’ Velocity Points to an individual’s Velocity Frequent Flyer account to redeem on flight bookings or upgrades, hotels, car hire or business purchase in the Velocity Rewards Store.
