With veteran Travel Corporation CEO Dave Hosking officially retiring on  Thursday 31st October, TTC is announcing important changes to its executive team structure, post consultation and direction from Chairman-elect – Carl Leaver.

Key Changes Effective 1 November 2024

Dave Hosking’s role as CEO of TTC will not be replaced in Australia and New Zealand.

Toni Ambler will step into the lead position within the Australia and New Zealand region as Managing Director TTC  Tour Brands Oceania.

In this elevated role, Toni will provide critical leadership and regional support on behalf of TTC, with a strong focus on trade relations and market engagement across Australia and New Zealand.

Toni will report directly to Melissa DaSilva – Interim CEO, TTC Tour Brands with a dotted line to Carl Leaver – Chairman-elect

Ben Hall (CEO – AAT Kings Group) and Neil Rodgers (Managing Director – Adventure World) will report directly to Alastair Campbell who has rejoined TTC, based in the UK, as Interim CEO  Specialist and Adventure Brands.

Alastair has a wealth of travel and TTC experience, he was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Radical Travel Group, the Global Managing Director of  Busabout Operations, and from 2010 – 2014 the Global Executive and Brand Director of Contiki  Holidays Global.

Alice Ager (Managing Director – Uniworld) will retain her reporting line to CEO Ellen Bettridge

Scott Cleaver formally Director of Commercial Industry Relations ANZ has accepted an exciting  secondment opportunity, reporting directly into Melissa DaSilva to drive a global TTC Touring Brands  sales project. Taking on this role will mean that he relinquishes current duties in Australia and New  Zealand which will now be undertaken by Toni Ambler and her expanded team.

“These changes will help position TTC for continued success as we enhance our focus on local  leadership, strong trade partnerships and strategic alignment across our Australia and New Zealand  region.” said Ambler

Following the success of the Travel Corporation Brands at last Saturday’s NTIA Awards, Dave Hosking  added “I can’t think of a better farewell than to see how much our Brands are valued by the Australian travel community. With such a capable and dedicated local leadership team, I know TTC’s industry  presence and trade relationships will only strengthen over time.”

Chairman-elect Carl Leaver will be visiting Australia on the week commencing 11 November and will  further address the exciting way forward for the group.
