Q: What was your overall impression of the Global Stars 2024 trip?
A: Overall I was amazed by the inclusions on the trip. I have done several ‘Global Stars’ reward trips and found that SoCal 2024 was by far one of the best trips that Viva Holidays has put together.
Q: What was the highlight?
A: My highlight was seeing the Coachella Valley Firebirds vs Ontario Reign (ice hockey) at The Acrisure Arena in a corporate box in Palm Springs. The atmosphere was amazing!

Q: I believe you were also a big fan of the food?
A: The food was amazing! From a hosted degustation dinner at La Quinta in the Adobe Grill Restaurant, where they had more than 100 tequilas on offer, to the hosted ‘mimosa’ breakfast at The Thompson Palm Springs Hotel, it was all terrific.
Q: What was the overall feeling from your fellow agents about the trip?
A: Everyone had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the time away.
Q: Global Stars is a reward trip. Were you treated to any extra special experiences?
A: The gala dinner on the last evening was held at The Parkestry Rooftop Bar and Lounge at the JW Marriott Anaheim, where the Moet flowed with amazing food, a DJ playing tunes and the best view of the Disney fireworks.
Q: Did you learn or discover any key takeaways about the region that will help you with clients interested in Southern California?
A: Yes, I recommend a minimum of three days to discover Disneyland.
It was also the first time that I have visited Knotts Berry Farm and would highly recommend it as its suitable for everyone from young children to the thrill seekers.
I loved Palm Springs. The scenery was beautiful, the resorts were amazing and there was so much to see and do there.
Q: What was unexpected or surprising about the trip?
A: There were so many inclusions on this trip, which meant more money for shopping.
Q: Summing up – anything else to add?
A: I had the best time! Thank you so much to Viva Holidays for arranging such an amazing trip. Looking forward to many more to come.
