Scheduled to open in November, the new accommodation has been unveiled by the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
Since its inception in 2002, the facility has evolved from a geothermal hot spring specialising in bathing experiences and spa treatments into Australia’s largest holistic wellbeing and wellness destination.
The introduction of the lodges will create a one-of-a-kind wellness experience while expanding the current accommodation offering of the Peninsula Hot Springs Group.
“Wellness is a holistic and multidimensional feeling of wholeness and happiness, of which sleep is a quintessential factor,” said Charles Davidson, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Peninsula Hot Springs.
“Understanding that humans spend a third of their lives asleep, it was important to us to create an environment in which guests can achieve cathartic release through our extensive wellness programs.
“Our eco lodges have been designed with our seven pillars of wellness in mind to ensure our guests leave feeling rejuvenated and restored.”
Situated in the bathing area and overlooking a private lake, the lodges seamlessly connect with nature through thoughtful architecture and landscape design, providing a lavish haven where guests can focus on their mind, body and spirit.
With private ensuites that include custom fillable geothermal baths, bespoke amenities and custom-made furniture, guests can escape the relentless pace of everyday life and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience.
To enhance the overall sleep experience, the rooms have been designed with self-guided sleep wellness content including sound and movement experiences, as well as sleep masks and mineral salts.
Guests can also enjoy curated seasonal food menus complete with rest-aiding ingredients.
Peninsula Hot Springs also offers bathing, nutrition and movement activities, alongside a complimentary wellness session and buffet breakfast each morning.
Adhering to its guiding principles, the property provides a space in which its visitors can find relaxation, mindfulness, education and creativity to optimise their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Rooms within the lodges sleep two adults, with accommodation and bathing packages starting at $880.
