MSC Cruises Australia today announces the international expansion of its Contact Centre, marking a significant stride in bolstering customer service for guests and travel partners.
Based in MSC Cruises international Contact Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa, the addition of three adept members to the team extends service hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 19:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00 AED/ST. This expansion underscores MSC Cruises’ unwavering dedication to elevating service standards, as it continues to carve a prominent niche in the market.
The new team members have a wealth of Contact Centre experience, including the travel industry & customer service roles within the UK market.

This allows us to offer more coverage for our guests and travel partners both in New Zealand, and the Central and Western parts of Australia”.
The announcement is in line with MSC Cruises’ growth plan of 23 new next-generation ships by 2025, which will strengthen the lines position as the market leader in Europe, South America, the Middle East and Southern Africa.
