Hotel X Brisbane today announced the hotel will host the ‘World’s Largest Hotel Ice Bath’ in their stunning rooftop setting in Brisbane on Thursday 5 December for a summer wellness activation, and a good cause. Locals and hotel guests are invited to start the summer right and take the plunge in this giant wellness activation.
The hotel will transform their stunning rooftop pool into a 15-metre-long bath of ice cubes, framed by 270-degree views of the city skyline for a spectacular wellness event. The takeover reflects the Hotel X commitment to wellness and providing authentic travel experiences for guests to soak up the creativity and community of vibrant Brisbane.
In partnership with Bells Pure Ice, Hotel X will use four tonnes of ice to fill the rooftop pool over two hours. Guest can take the plunge from 6.30am to 8.30am that day.
Ice baths have countless wellness benefits and this unique event is a perfect way to invigorate your morning and be a part of the dynamic community moment to kick start summer. But if health alone is not reason enough to join, the takeover is raising money for a great cause. Funds raised will go to LIVIN, an organisation devoted to breaking the stigma around mental health.
The wellness activation is one of many recent collaborations for the hotel this year as it champions partners across its eclectic neighbourhood.
