G Adventures is proud to be named in The Australian’s Best Places to Work 2024 list, announced today. As the only travel company recognised, it speaks to G Adventures’ passion for community and connection.
The accolade is based on six key drivers of workplace engagement: Reward and Recognition, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing, Instilling Pride, and Job Satisfaction.
G Adventures’ commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion played a significant role in earning this recognition.

G Adventures has made significant strides in fostering a sense of community and connection, regardless of where employees work, whether in person or digitally. The company’s DEI working committee has been instrumental in driving improvements both internally and externally.
Notably, G Adventures’ overall inclusivity score, as measured by Diversio, has increased by 6.1 points since 2021, reaching 79.5 – six points higher than the industry average.
