Evolution Travel Collective (ETC) are excited to announce a new representation partnership with Park Trek Walking Holidays (Park Trek), a leader in small group all-inclusive multi-day guided walking experiences.

Park Trek have been operating small group guided walking tours across Australia for almost 25 years and their new ownership has a renewed focus on engaging directly with the travel industry.

Park Trek experiences are all about ‘walking the highlights’ through curated tours that seamlessly combine nature with personal health and wellbeing. Park Trek tours are designed to allow walkers to disconnect from their busy lives to reconnect with nature and other walkers.

Charles Thompson, Owner of Park Trek, said the company is excited to be partnering with ETC as part of their focus on the Australian travel trade. “ETC’s unrivalled expertise will ensure we are front of mind with Australian agents when it comes to incredible Australian walking product”.

“Our experiences are unique in so many ways. Of course, we walk in some of Australia’s most stunning and iconic places we walk, however it’s all the little moments on our tours that makes them so special. Our guests also love the opportunity to slow down to reconnect with nature and others.”

Park Trek has a passionate team to assist agents with expert product advice and booking support whether it is a private group or an individual customer looking for that perfect local walking holiday. Park Trek’s product operates with a maximum group size of just 10 people with all boutique accommodation, meals & luggage transfers part of the experience. Walking distances range from 3 – 15+ kilometres per day, depending on the tour.

Pete Rawley, CEO of Evolution Travel Collective stated, “getting active whilst immersed in the beautiful nature of Australia, is without doubt one of the best ways to get out and enjoy this amazing country of ours”. Rawley added, “we all now recognise the importance of slowing down and enjoying our local surrounds so a walking tour is the perfect way to do that, whilst also being an environmentally-friendly traveller.”

Park Trek has been accredited by Ecotourism Australia for over 10 years and its reconciliation action plan was endorsed by Reconciliation Australia in 2023. They are committed to sustainable travel and being a responsible tour operator in all respects.

Park Trek can be contacted directly for all booking enquiries on 03 9997 0500 or via email at info@parktrek.com.au.
