Singapore is one of my favourite culinary cities in the world, said Nelly.
The diverse range of flavours and cooking styles that have been passionately honed by local chefs over many decades is what keeps me going back for inspiration time and time again.
The four-day package is priced from $3,149 for two adults (flights to Singapore not included).
Aussies can expect to be taken on an adventurous and unexpected food journey that reimagines the vibrant and diverse flavours of our City in Nature, said Stephanie Yong, Area Director Oceania at Singapore Tourism Board.
In a further homage to Singaporean cuisine, Chef Nelly will be hosting an 11-course degustation at his Sydney restaurant NEL until May 27.
A Taste of Singapore’ will see Chef Nelly apply his distinctive culinary flair to some of the destination’s most loved dishes, including chilli crab and Hainanese chicken rice.
This bespoke menu is my homage to that and I hope it will give Aussie diners a tantalising taste of what they could experience on their next trip to Singapore, added Nelly.
The degustation is priced at $185 per person.
