Once complete, AMAALA will comprise 4,000 rooms across 30 hotels, 1,200 luxury villas, apartments and estate homes, as well as high-end retail, fine dining, wellness and recreational facilities.
Boasting 68km of coastline along the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia, AMAALA is also home to a rare natural ecosystem of many fascinating species, flora and fauna.
With sustainability and regenerative principles built into every facet of the development, AMAALA will be entirely powered by solar energy, saving nearly half a million tons of CO2 emission every year.

Some highlights of AMAALA’s progress include:
- Final touches are being made to AMAALA’s central Marina feature, with the destination’s Yacht Club also close to completion
- 80 per cent of AMAALA’s ‘Wellness Core’ zone is now complete, an environment for wellness regeneration which includes world-leading Jayasom and Clinique La Prairie resorts. Guests will discover an environment where they can focus on mental, physical and energetic regeneration
- At the Triple Bay Central zone, premier hotels like The Four Seasons have begun final landscaping, and Rosewood and Six Senses destinations have surpassed a two-thirds completion mark
- Three million plants and trees are set to be planted across the destination by the end of the year.
