All of our  Hotel of the Year Award winners and nominees have shown dedication to operational excellence,  outstanding guest service delivery and the future of the industry,” he said.

“We’re delighted to be recognised with so many great hotels in the field, particularly as it’s based on  customer-driven factors, as well as revenue and so on. The Hotel of the Year Awards are assessed on a ‘likelihood to recommend’ metric calculated on  direct and verified customer feedback, combined with franchisee engagement in Choice Hotels Asia Pac programs and initiatives, such as the Choice Privileges loyalty program, corporate social  responsibility and sustainability initiatives, and upholding brand values.

“This is a great celebration of our staff, who consistently deliver excellence in customer service,”  says Jye Segboer, CEO of Central Hospitality Group, the owner of CH Boutique Hotel in Tamworth.  “It’s a form of appreciation for their ongoing focus on the customer experience.”
