Christmas came early this week for 50 patients of Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF) and their families as they enjoyed a special Grinchmas Family Fun Day onboard Carnival Splendor in Sydney Harbour.
Guests were treated to “real” snowfall in Sydney along with the official giant Christmas tree lighting ceremony, sing-a-long caroling, a How The Grinch Stole Christmas storytime reading, and appearances from Dr. Seuss characters The Grinch, Max, Thing 1 & Thing 2 and The Cat in the Hat.
Carnival Cruise Line’s partnership with SCHF has raised nearly $400,000 since 2016.
