The ship will arrive in Singapore on 5 August and spend nearly three weeks in dry dock before embarking on her return journey to Sydney on 24 August.
On the upcoming dry dock, Carnival Cruise Line VP Kara Glamore said, “We’re thrilled to be bringing new offerings and upgrades to our Australian guests who have shown Carnival so much love over the years. It’s wonderful to be able to return the favour by creating an even better guest experience onboard Carnival Splendor through continued innovation and investment.”
Carnival Splendor has been homeported in Sydney since joining the Australian fleet in 2019 and is the largest ship sailing year-round from Australia. She joined the Carnival fleet in 2007 ahead of her inaugural sailing in 2008 and was last refurbished before coming to Australia in 2019.
