The Australasian agents become part of a 12-month program designed to enhance their expertise, inspire others and amplify the diverse travel experiences that the country has to offer.
During the program the agents will engage with industry peers and offer valuable insights on market trends that influence travel to the USA.
Their perspectives will contribute to shaping future training initiatives, ensuring agents have the tools and knowledge needed to drive demand for the destination.

The Australian contingent on the panel includes:
Eloise Manto – Flight Centre (SA): Passionate about the USA, Eloise is eager for the opportunity to deepen her knowledge to assist customers and colleagues and looks forward to learning more about the unique experiences each state offers.
James Rakus – Flight Centre (NSW): After living, working and traveling across the USA, James is eager to share his passion for its culture, sports and diverse landscapes while connecting with like-minded industry professionals.
Jessica O’Grady – Travel Associates (VIC): A passionate traveller and storyteller, Jessica loves the USA’s culture, innovation and people, and joins the panel to inspire others to explore its hidden gems and iconic destinations.
Lauren Zanesco – iTravel (NSW): Lauren joins the panel to exchange ideas with industry peers, expand her expertise and inspire clients. She loves that the USA offers something for everyone – from Disney to National Parks and island getaways.
Luke Watts – Travel Managers (NSW): Luke sees the USA as an ever-evolving adventure, from epic road trips to vibrant cities, and loves how every state offers a unique experience. He’s passionate about making travel more inclusive.
Siobhan Smith – Helloworld (TAS): After working at a summer camp in Pennsylvania, Siobhan gained a deeper appreciation for the USA’s diversity and culture and is excited to inspire travellers with unique experiences beyond the usual tourist spots.
Tash Henningsen – Luxury Escapes (VIC): Tash is excited by the opportunity to gain new responsibilities, share her enthusiasm for the diverse experiences across the USA and help others discover everything the country has to offer.
Tracey Flower – MTA (QLD): With 14 visits to the USA and a passion for exploring its cities, landscapes and cultures, Tracy is excited to inspire others by sharing her firsthand knowledge and helping travellers discover hidden gems across the country.
