With sales for its ski resorts soaring by 107% for the 2025/2026 spring ski season, Club Med, the pioneer of premium all-inclusive holidays, welcomed 14 travel agents from across Australia to two of its breathtaking Japan ski resorts – Club Med Tomamu and Sahoro.

With the success of Club Med’s Early Bird Sale 2026 showcasing Australians strong appetite for ski holidays in Japan, a select group of travel agents were given the opportunity to experience Club Med’s premium ski offering firsthand during a seven-night Famil trip.

To reinforce Club Med’s leadership in ski holidays, the Famil began with Club Med’s Business Development Managers Adam Ferraro and Stephanie Ireland leading a comprehensive business session covering the brand’s global ski portfolio, key product updates on its resorts in Phuket and Bintan, European travel trends, and the final release of Club Med’s Early Bird Sale 2026.

Agents also participated in a hands-on workshop exploring the Club Med for Travel Agents Portal, learning how to navigate the platform efficiently while gaining insights into exclusive tools and the benefits of Club Med’s Advantage Program. In a separate session, agents were introduced to the newly deployed Club Med Academy, the first eLearning tool launched in the Pacific by the Club Med.

Michelle Davies, General Manager for Club Med Pacific said of the Famil: “We were thrilled to host 14 of our valued travel agents from across Australia at Club Med Sahoro and Tomamu, offering them an exclusive, firsthand look at what makes Club Med a leader in ski holidays worldwide.

“With a remarkable 107% year-on-year sales increase and a 133% surge in new customers during the spring ski season, our Early Bird Sale 2026 results clearly show that Australians are more eager than ever for a ski escape. This growing demand is likely driven by the ease of our all-inclusive offering and the added benefits of skiing during the shoulder season.

“Ski holidays can be complex to plan, but at Club Med, we make it effortless. With lift passes, group ski and snowboard lessons, ski-in, ski-out access, and pro shops on site all included, we take the stress out of the experience so our guests can focus on having fun.

“Spring skiing offers more time on the slopes thanks to longer days, milder temperatures for après-ski activities, shorter lift lines, and quieter slopes—making it the perfect choice for a family getaway during the Easter school holidays.”

Agents had plenty of time to explore both resorts at their own pace, immersing themselves in group ski lessons while experiencing Hokkaido’s renowned snow conditions. Off the slopes, agents enjoyed the wide range of après-ski activities available such as relaxing in the traditional Japanese onsens under blue skies or Mina Mina Wave Pool, and exploring the breathtaking surroundings through snow trekking, before ending their days indulging in the resorts gourmet dining and evening entertainment.
