FCM Travel has announced a partnership with Perenti, consolidating 23 business entities globally under a single travel management program, under the umbrella of FCM Travel.
This new consolidation represents a significant partnership for FCM Travel which will now manage global travel requirements for Perenti, a diversified mining services group consisting of 13 brands. The groups operations span four continents, with a global workforce of 11,000 employees.
Flight Centre Corporate Global COO Melissa Elf said the partnership would allow Perenti and FCM Travel to grow together in what is a fast-evolving mining industry.

The partnership between Perenti and FCM Travel included an extensive change management program, undertaken by our FCM Consulting division.
As part of the program, FCM provided dedicated management for supplier consolidation, policy review, communications, and training. This comprehensive approach ensured a smooth delivery and effective change management process for Perenti’s travel program consolidation.
