Accor’s loyalty programme, ALL – Accor Live Limitless, has announced a strategic partnership with Uber to enhance the travel experience for guests staying at Accor hotels across Australia and New Zealand. The collaboration integrates Uber Reserve into ALL’s digital platforms, offering guests a seamless way to pre-plan their transportation with ease.
Guests can now access Uber Reserve directly through the ALL.com website and the ALL mobile app, allowing them to book rides up to 90 days in advance. This ensures smooth and reliable transportation between hotels, airports, and other key destinations, providing peace of mind for both leisure and business travellers.
The partnership also caters to guests attending major events, offering a convenient solution for pre-booking rides to and from concerts, sporting events, and special occasions. With a series of high-profile events set to take place at Accor Stadium next year—including Race of Champions, Oasis, Metallica, State of Origin, and Juicy Fest—the timing of this collaboration is ideal for travellers heading to Sydney.
Adrian Williams, Accor Pacific Chief Operating Officer PM&E, highlighted the significance of the partnership: “This partnership with Uber reflects our commitment to delivering seamless and stress-free travel experiences for our guests. By offering Uber Reserve directly on our ALL website and mobile app, we’re pleased to introduce a new level of convenience and certainty, ensuring that every journey is as effortless as possible.”
Mathieu Maire, Director of Consumer Operations at Uber Australia and New Zealand, echoed this sentiment: “Uber Reserve has become a popular option for Aussies and Kiwis to plan ahead and better manage their travel while on holiday or around major cultural events. We’re proud to partner with the team at ALL to help their customers more seamlessly get around while travelling Down Under.”
The integration of Uber Reserve marks another milestone in ALL’s ongoing mission to enhance the guest journey. Available for rides in Australia and New Zealand, the service ensures reliability and ease for travellers, whether they are exploring a new city, attending a business meeting, or heading to an entertainment venue.
Uber joins a diverse network of over 100 partners within the ALL ecosystem, offering members access to exclusive rewards, services, and experiences beyond traditional hotel stays. Membership is free and allows members to accumulate points every time they stay, dine, or engage with Accor’s global network.
Members can redeem points for a variety of experiences, from VIP concert access at Accor Stadium in Sydney to fine dining experiences curated by renowned chefs.
