Carnival Corporation has earned a spot on the Fortune World’s Most Admired Companies list for 2025, recognising the company as one of the most highly regarded corporations in the world.

Of the 1,500 companies originally considered for the annual list, Carnival Corporation is the first cruise-specific company recognised, and one of only eight companies selected in the Hotels, Casinos and Resorts category.

Presented by Fortune in partnership with Korn Ferry, a global management consulting firm, the 27th annual World’s Most Admired Companies list was determined by surveying thousands of senior executives, directors and analysts to identify global organisations with the strongest corporate reputation across more than 50 sectors.

Companies were evaluated based on nine criteria from investment value and quality of management and products to social responsibility and ability to attract talent.

“It’s a great privilege to be included on Fortune’s annual list, as it demonstrates that major industry and global leaders recognise Carnival Corporation as a top-tier organisation in every way, from our financial performance to our quality products and services to our responsible business practices,” said Josh Weinstein, CEO of Carnival Corporation & plc.

“Of course, at the heart of our success are the 160,000 team members who come together every day to deliver unforgettable happiness to millions of guests by providing extraordinary cruise vacations, while honoring the integrity of every ocean we sail, place we visit and life we touch. We could not achieve this recognition without their tireless commitment and incredible contributions.”

Being named one of the World’s Most Admired Companies complements Carnival Corporation earning a spot on The Wall Street Journal’s Management Top 250, recognizing the company as one of the Best-Managed Companies of 2024, and achieving the highest year-over-year improvement on The Wall Street Journal’s Top 250 list.
