Leading coach touring and cruise operator Globus family of brands (GFOB) is thrilled to announce that its new globally integrated Travel Advisor Portal (TAP) has officially launched in Australia.

The portal boasts an array of new and updated features including:

  • Enhanced Reservation System: A fully upgraded booking interface with improved functionality and easy-to-use design
  • Trade Training Program: Access to GFOB University, a new training platform for advisors to gain the knowledge and tools they need to confidently book GFOB products for their clients
  • Custom Marketing Resources: The Source, GFOB’s new marketing tool, where advisors can create customised materials that resonate with clients and drive engagement
  • Share Itinerary Function: Advisors can now easily generate personalised itinerary links for clients. These links direct clients back to advisors to finalise their booking, ensuring they retain their commission

GFOB is eager for travel advisors to get set up in the new portal and is committed to supporting them every step of the way. To ensure advisors were prepped for the integration, last week GFOB hosted a series of training webinars to cover using the new portal, key features and updates.

Those who missed out on the training webinars can also access training videos within the portal, which will help guide them through the new features. GFOB’s Business Development Managers are also available to be contacted directly to offer one-on-one training.

“We are excited to see our new globally integrated Travel Advisor Portal live and ready for travel advisors to use,” said Brett Simon, head of commercial ANZ. “We look forward to seeing our advisor partners reaping the benefits of its advanced features and efficiencies that will make booking and managing cruises and tours easier than ever.”

GFOB celebrated the launch in the company’s Sydney office last week, where the local team was joined by international team members. Together, after months of planning, they toasted a successful launch to end an exciting year.
