PONANT have hosted a group of travel agents on two ship inspections as part of a ‘micro famil’ initiative in Cairns.
The tours were aboard PONANT Explorer Le Laperouse and her sister ship Le Soleal and were hosted by the cruise company’s State Managers Annabelle Brown (Victoria & Tasmania) and Janelle Ramsey (Queensland & Northern Territory).
Attended by a select group of Victorian trade partners and valued clients of Endeavour Travel & Cruise of Far North Queensland, the famil allowed agents and guests to join the Cairns partners, enjoying a ship inspection, dinner and an overnight stay.
The event fostered valuable connections and provided inter-state partners and clients with first hand insights into the offerings available in Cairns for both pre- and post-voyage packages and aboard.
The Melbourne agencies represented included: Expedition Partners, Edge Connections, FBI Travel, RACV Tours & experiences, Toorak Travel, Destination HQ, Abercrombie & Kent, Geelong Travel, Inflight Travel and The Kimberley Collection.
The Cairns agents in attendance included MTA Travel, Travel Managers Australia and Holidays Beckon.
