Family travel is booming, with more and more Australians deciding to holiday with their nearest and dearest.

Tauck Bridges trips are designed for family travellers of all ages and generations to enjoy together.

From celebrating different cultures and traditions, discovering natural wonders and learning about history firsthand, these trips help build bridges of understanding between young and old, locals and travellers, all over the world.

They are also designed to include interactive experiences that not only invite everyone’s participation, but they are also lots of fun for every age and generation!

THE MISSION

Tauck Bridges launched in 2003 with one goal in mind: to craft guided family-oriented trips that every age and generation would enjoy experiencing together.

Shared enrichment is the watchword of Tauck’s family brand and each of their trips is designed to show families the world differently than anyone else.

Unlike travel companies that offer separate programs and activities for kids and adults, Tauck’s family guests experience the fun together, not apart.

Each journey is led by a dedicated Tauck Director hand-picked for their experience with family travellers and for their passion and expertise in travel.

They take care of all the day to day travel details of every trip, even tipping, so that families are free to experience the joys of travel without any of the work – or the worries.

As one family guest commented, “Once I get on the plane and land with you guys, I have no more worries.”

THE ITINERARIES

Tanzania: A Grand Family Safari. Wake up to views of Mt. Kilimanjaro from your African lodge…and discover who lives on the slopes of this mighty mountain.

Experience the real life home of Maasai warriors and Africa’s Big Five. Get a true taste of daily life in the African bush when you learn how to make beaded jewellery, throw a spear and go inside a village school.

You may see lions resting under enormous baobab trees, wildebeest making their way past herds of elephants and gazelles…and then see those elephants up close.

Travel aboard open-top African safari vehicles where everyone has a great view of Tanzania’s amazing wildlife during morning and afternoon game drives. Your Tauck Director provides a window into an unknown, unseen world that introduces Tanzania’s nocturnal society, revealing what would normally be hidden in darkness.

From your tented camp to your lodge next to Africa’s “Garden of Eden” to your safari lodge in the Serengeti, your family becomes part of the unbelievable wilderness pageant that comes alive right outside your door.
