There’s a new name on the Australian travel scene…and it’s a pretty darn sexy one!

Exoticca is a leading travel platform for multi-day tour packages and has now expanded its operations Down Under.

The company’s advanced platform allows travel advisors to offer their clients pre-planned, commissionable travel packages with multiple components (e.g., flights, hotels, transfers, activities).

Based in Barcelona, Exoticca operates in markets including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Mexico and Colombia.

Respected industry figure Dennis Basham (pictured) will lead the charge in building strong relationships with Australian travel agencies and partners.

Basham has more than 20 years of experience across both domestic and international markets, having held senior positions with Virgin Australia, Scoot, Bonza and Back-Roads Touring, as well as marketing and distribution roles at On The Go Tours.

Exoticca’s itineraries span more than 100 pre-planned trips across 50 destinations, including Africa, Central America, Europe, the Far East, the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, North America, South America and Southeast Asia.

The itineraries include airfares from major Australian departure points, simplifying the booking process for advisors.

The company will also offer travel advisors and agencies access to a unique, all-commissionable product range, supported by advanced Point & Click technology to streamline the quoting and booking process.

“We are thrilled to bring Exoticca’s unique offerings to the Australian market and are confident that under Dennis’s leadership, we will establish strong ties with local partners and expand our footprint significantly,” said Pere Vallés, CEO at Exoticca.

“This launch represents a key milestone in our global growth strategy as we aim to become the go-to partner for travel advisors in Australia.”

This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone for Exoticca as it continues to establish itself as a global leader in the travel sector.

“Our entry into the Australian market is a natural step in Exoticca’s expansion,” said Alberto Constans, Chief Commercial Officer at Exoticca.

“Our advanced booking technology and competitive pricing, combined with Dennis’s deep expertise, positions us to offer Australian travel advisors the most comprehensive support in delivering exceptional travel experiences to their clients.”
