Crowne Plaza Melbourne Carlton, Melbourne, Australia
Opening: Late 2024
In the heart of Melbourne’s bustling Carlton, where history meets modern sophistication, Crowne Plaza Melbourne Carlton will open its doors in August. Overlooking Lincoln Square, this vibrant cosmopolitan hub is positioned near new premium hospitality and dining experiences on the fringe of Melbourne’s CBD. With 107 modern guest rooms equipped with premium amenities and tech, the hotel ensures a seamless transition from work to leisure. Perfectly located within Auckland’s midtown, the new-build Hotel Indigo Auckland will open later this year and mark the brand’s debut in New Zealand, joining four properties in Australia. Overlooking the captivating vista of Namsan Tower, voco Seoul Myeongdong beckons as an easy gateway to the heart of Seoul. As South Korea’s second voco hotel, the newly converted hotel will offer guests a myriad of options at its doorstep, located moments away from the renowned Gyeongbukgong Palace, the bustling Namdaemun and Gwangjang Markets, and a host of luxury department stores. The hotel will feature 576 charming guestrooms, encouraging guests to relax and unwind amidst plush bedding and indulgent room amenities. Slated to open in late 2024, Regent Bali Canggu will offer 150 suites and villas. A debut for Regent Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia, the property has been designed by architects WATG, interiors by HBA and landscaping by the award-winning, John Pettigrew. The design concept draws inspiration from contemporary Indonesian fashion and culture, blending traditional motifs with modern aesthetics. Through infusing vibrant colors, rich textiles, and intricate craftsmanship, HBA aimed to create an immersive experience that showcases the diversity and beauty of Indonesia. Influenced by the innovative designs and fusion of traditional and modern elements in Indonesian fashion, its approach embraces creativity, uniqueness, and elegance. Traditional patterns like batik and local Balinese imagery, are subtly integrated into the interior skin, upholstery, and architectural details. The rich vibrant color palette reflects the hues found in traditional Indonesian textiles and lush nature, with earth tones, deep blues, lush greens, and bright accents harmoniously creating an inviting luxury atmosphere. With five restaurants and bars, guests can expect authentic Balinese cuisine and fresh locally sourced produce.
