Bunnik Tours have announced the release of a new Europe tour to Iceland.
Passengers on the ‘Discover Iceland’ itinerary will journey across dramatic landscapes to witness glaciers, black beaches and plentiful waterfalls.
The tour begins in the capital Reykjavik and proceeds on a circular expedition along the country’s famed Ring Road to Keflavik, exploring quaint villages and witnessing impressive scenery over the 12-day itinerary.
Travellers will also get to enjoy some of Bunnik Tours’ signature special experiences, including learning about traditional practices at the family owned Langhus Horse Farm, as well as a visit to a tomato farm run by a local family for a taste of their delicious produce.
The tour will embark on a whale watching cruise aboard an Icelandic oak ship in Húsavík and travellers will also have the chance to dip in the Geosea Geothermal Sea Bath to soak in its healing powers, a true Icelandic experience.
Staying authentic to their small group touring philosophy, the maximum number on tour continues to be 20 guests, allowing for more space on the coach and access to those hard to reach destinations.
The ‘Discover Iceland’ tour connects with a number of their other tour departures including ‘Discover Norway’ and ‘Scandinavian Discovery’.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be adding Iceland to our ever-growing tour range,” said Jeremy van Heerde, Product Design Specialist at Bunnik Tours.
“For the very first time Bunnik clients can experience all the natural wonders and dramatic views for which the land of fire and ice is known.”
